A rich blend of beans sourced from Brazil, Kenya and Nicaragua. The beans from Brazil are from the Yellow Bourbon plant, known for its yellow fruit in the mature stage and a departure from the cherry red beans of every other coffee variety; coffee royalty in Brazil.
Flavour notes: Aromas of strong ginseng, roasted nuts, cookies, malt chocolate, raisin, cocoa and hazelnut.
Taste: Blackcurrant, passionfruit, very caramel sweet, smooth body, long light aftertaste, raisin bread, malt chocolate, hazelnut, cocoa and wheat. Cools with sourdough bread. Nice and balanced.
