The source of our beans are found 1500-2220 metres above sea level in soils that exhibit higher organic matter. The beans deliver a rich, full body with a sweet and complex flavour, low acidity, floral aroma.
Flavour notes: Aromas of violet, sherbet, redskins, cola, redcurrant, bergamot, apricot, plum, blood orange, blackcurrant, shortbread and caramel.
Tastes: Earl grey tea, floral, churned butter, toffee, delicate and clean.
